I looked at the bonding wires on the rudders when cleaning the fish boxes, they were fairly green. Probably worth getting down in there to clean up the actual bonding surface of the ground wires. ...

Yep. I seldom ran her full of fuel, she'd flatten out nicely at 1750-1850rpm 21-23 kts, get .7 to .75. I kept her at about half tanks, most of the time.
Sounds good. Saunders Yachtworks at OB Marina did the bottom while I had her. Possibly the Pensacola guys didn't prep the rudders the same way.
